No-Cost and Confidential Options Information
In order to make the best possible decision regarding your unexpected pregnancy, you should be informed about every option and the resources that are available to you. It is our goal to empower women with all the knowledge they need to make decisions they are confident in.
What is an Options Consultation?
An options consultation is a one-on-one session with a member of our staff, during which you will be able to learn about the resources available regarding each of your options. You will not be told what to do, but rather will receive medically-accurate and factual information to help you make your decision. If you have any questions about abortion procedures, adoption processes or how parenting would work for you, you’ll be able to get answers during an options consultation.
Why do Options Consultations matter?
There are many thoughts, feelings and opinions surrounding unexpected pregnancy. An options consultation gives you a place to process everything you think and feel so that you can make your choice. This isn’t something anyone else can or should decide for you, and we want to ensure you know that and are informed about each option so you can make the best choice for you without the push and pull of external expectations.
How long is an Options Consultation?
Options consultations typically run about an hour, but can be as short or as long as you need them to be. Our goal is not to to stick to a set time, but to be available with the information and space you need to get into the right headspace for making this decision.
If you’re unexpectedly pregnant and interested in an options consultation to learn more about available resources and information, schedule an appointment at Northfield Women’s Center today.
